Two Danish 1960s Cube Side Tables in Rosewood by Kai Kristiansen

A pair of Danish "Cube" tables in Rio rosewood by Kai Kristiansen for Aksel Kjersgaard.
 
Made circa 1960, these sculpted cubic side tables would be perfect for sofa lamps or bedside use.
 
The rosewood has a rich colour and florid grain. The perfect joins and contours are typical of Kjersgaard manufacture.
 
They have been fully restored and re-finished.
