Some of our items feature original upholstery, consistent with the design period of the piece. These have been carefully selected to be collector’s items which are sourced for their design qualities.

Soft furnishings with original upholstery are sold as collector’s items and are not intended for domestic use in the UK. They may not be in compliance with the Furniture & Furnishings (Fire)(Safety) Regulations 1988 and should be re-upholstered to conform to BS 5852 prior to any use in a domestic dwelling.

Sales of these pieces are only accepted on the agreement that the furnishings will not be used in a domestic dwelling in the UK, or will be re-upholstered prior to domestic use.
