A pair of beautiful Elizabeth chairs by Ib Kofod Larsen for Christensen & Larsen.
Kofod Larsen's most celebrated achievement, the curved frames, perfectly executed joins and angled dowelling are the work of a master craftsman.

In teak and natural-grain black leather, they have been reupholstered and fully reconditioned.
 
These are early examples, each stamped with the Christensen & Larsen brand.
 
A design Classic, the Elisabeth chair was designed in 1956 and exhibited at the Copenhagen Cabinet Makers' Guild Exhibition in the same year.
