A pair of 1950s "Linden" armchairs by British designer G A Jenkins for Packet Furniture.
The bentply frames are veneered in warm teak. They have been reupholstered with beautifully thick Camira wool.
This graceful design develops the ideas of Scandinavian luminaries such as Alvar Aalto. Highly regarded, an example is held by the Victoria and Albert museum in London.
These chairs are in excellent restored condition.
