A set of six original 1960s "Scandia" Senior chairs in Rio rosewood by Hans Brattrud for Hove Mobler.
These graceful chairs are as comfortable as they are visually appealing, their contours providing excellent lumbar support. Some retain the Hove Mobler maker label.
They are in good restored condition. Some have minor pitting to the legs.
In 1967 the Scandia stackable chair was awarded gold medal at the International arts and crafts fair in Munich. The same year it also received the Award for Design Excellence by the Norwegian Design Council.
They would complement any modern space.
